What Kabza is

Kabza is a paid advertising board shaped like a map of India. There are 36 places on it, one for each state and union territory. Buying one places your name, a one line description, a colour and a logo on that territory, and links it to a website you control. Anybody else can pay 1.5 times what you paid to replace you. There is no other way onto the map: no free listings, no invitations, no ranking you can earn.

You are buying a placement, not the territory. Nothing on this site conveys any right, title or claim over any real place, and the map is a graphic, not a statement about anybody’s land.

What we will not carry

A listing is removed, without refund, if it advertises or links to:

• anything illegal in India or in the buyer’s own country
• gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance played for money or prizes
• adult or sexual content
• weapons, recreational drugs, or controlled substances
• financial products promising guaranteed or unrealistic returns, loan sharking, or anything presenting itself as regulated advice without being regulated
• counterfeit goods, pirated media, or software that exists to break other software
• malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or any page that misrepresents who runs it
• hate speech, harassment of a person or group, incitement to violence, or content targeting somebody by religion, caste, region, gender, sexuality or disability
• political campaigning, party symbols, or communal or separatist messaging
• impersonation of a company, person or public body the buyer does not represent, including using a brand’s name or logo without the right to
• medical or health claims that are untrue
• content involving minors in any commercial or sexualised way

How listings are reviewed

Placement is automatic on payment, so review happens after the fact rather than before it. Three things reduce what can be submitted in the first place:

• the name and description are length limited and stripped of markup, so a listing cannot carry a script or a paragraph of copy
• the colour must be one of a fixed set, so a listing cannot disguise itself as an empty territory or as the site’s own interface
• the logo is never uploaded. It is fetched from the website, app store listing or public profile the buyer linked, so a buyer can only display a mark that is already published at a domain or account they control

Every new listing is checked by a person, usually within 24 hours. Reported listings are checked sooner. We remove anything in the list above, and we may remove a listing that is legal but which we judge to be misleading about what it is selling.

Reporting a listing

Email hello@kabza.lol with the state and what is wrong with it. If you are a brand owner and somebody has used your name or logo, say so and we will take it down.

Removal, refunds and money

A listing removed under this policy is not refunded. The rules are here to be read before buying.

The one case where money is returned automatically is a race: if two people pay for the same territory at the same price and only one can have it, the person who lost is refunded in full without having to ask.

Being replaced by somebody paying 1.5 times your price is how the board works and is not a refundable event. That is stated on the map, on every territory page, and at checkout.
